  The equipment in the gym is good and, more importantly, the staff really know their stuff and are very helpful. The changing rooms were chilly but heating has recently been installed. They are still on the small side, but heck - if it's a shower room you're looking for, why bother to leave home! I have been in many worse changing areas than this! There are several (like 15+) other Leeds gyms available through membership of this one and so - if you are prepared to travel - you can use Wattbikes, as used by the GB olympic team. Oh, and membership is very affordable too. I recommend fully. Don't understand the one star review, not my experience at all.
